  I can't recommend Dewflock Farm for a wedding venue highly enough! I saw the marquees when I was on the train going from Dorchester to Weymouth one spring and thought, what a lovely venue for a wedding reception. That August my boyfriend proposed and we decided that we really wanted to get married the following summer. The first number I called was Dewflock Farm. Verity invited us to have a look that weekend. We decided very quickly that it was the venue for us, but knew that we'd have to find another venue for the actual legal ceremony, as Dewflock don't have a license. Verity was so helpful and recommended Ashton Barn, just over the road in Martinstown. We arranged a visit there and both venues were able to do the same date in July 2017. We paid the deposit and secured our booking. We then had a meeting with Verity and she was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us so many excellent tips, recommending local businesses such as Rochester Hire, from whom we hired the extra marquees and tables. Verity has such a disarming and warm personality that she makes you feel that nothing is a problem. We had a couple more meetings with her before the wedding and she pretty much acted as our wedding planner. She was incredible! The weather was against us during the run up to the wedding, with driving rain and high winds the day before. But Verity and Tom did everything they could to make sure everything ran smoothly, which it did. So many of our guests commented on it being such a perfect venue for a laid back summer wedding and we felt it was just perfect. We will be forever thankful to Verity and Tom and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

  Had a great time here with the family. Good and safe for young kids, as cars are kept in a separate field, but still close to the tents. Plenty of good food and drinks available. They even deliver bacon butties to your tent in the morning!
